I placed my request on a Sunday, heard back from them in under an hour. We were first scheduled for Thursday, they had a cancellation on Monday and moved me up. They were on time and were able to load all my junk in their truck. They did raise their price from what was quoted on the phone because the junk took up more of their truck than they thought. Overall, I would recommend them.
