Kameron was amazing! He’s so respectful and did an amazing job on our 2 sets of steps and hallway. The carpet looks incredible after his very thorough cleaning job. Scheduling was easy, and they called me an hour before arrival. We will definitely use this company again and highly recommend that others do too! This company deserves all the stars because they earn it! Kameron is a graduate of Stafford County Public Schools, which is a plus!!!

I had my sofas and carpets cleaned due to kids and pet stains, and the results were amazing. The technician was extremely professional, thorough, and respectful of my home. All the stains and odors I was worried about were completely removed. Everything looks fresh and feels brand new again. 10/10! Highly recommend their service!

I?ve used this company three times now, and every single experience has been amazing. My carpets and sofas came out looking brand new and smelling so clean and fresh. They started out very good. However, the shine solution used left unfinished areas and streaks. So, I called the office and reported this. They sent the team back out to go over those areas. When the technicians went back over the area, after they left and the floor dried, it was worse than the original application. I in turn, called the office and spoke with a gentleman who identified himself as “Henry”. I explained the situation and he asked me to take pictures and send to him, which I sent several. He said he would send the technicians back out that evening, August 28th. After no one came back by 7:10pm, I called the office and the voicemail came on, I left a message. On Wednesday, August 29th, I began calling the office around 9:00am. After about a hour or two, I called several more times leaving messages asking to send someone out to resolve the problem, or to return my call. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY CALL OR CAME BACK OUT. My floor has streaks and blotches of whatever solution they used, it looks terrible! In addition, the floor is sticky to the touch. I thought I could trust this company being since they were on Angi. When the gentlemen arrived, one did identity himself as being from Karpet Kings. However, while they were polite and professional, they did not dress the part. They were not in a uniform or not even a business t-shirt. I was satisfied with the job up until they returned to rectify the problem. My resolution to this problem is for them to come back out and redo the floor. If they can’t do that, then return my payment so I can hire a company to back and redo my floor.

I read all the reviews before I hired this company but they must have written all the good reviews themselves. Their slogan that we guarantee your satisfaction is purely fabrication. All we asked was for a simple cleaning and shining of a wooden floor that was only six years old. The first attempt they left dull spots on the floor and footprints. The second attempt left even larger dull spots and more footprints. I was told the dull spots would blend in but that was completely a fabrication also. When I tried calling a third time and provided pictures, no one returned my calls nor answered my messages. They seemed to be professional at first but then they sorely showed who they really are. I can’t recommend this company to anyone that wants a professional cleaning job on their hardwood floors. Maybe they should stick to cleaning only carpets. The lesson here is pay the additional money to ensure you receive satisfactory service. I know I will.

Karpet Kings did an amazing job with my carpet. He was able to get out some stubborn stains. A week later the floor looks as if it has just been cleaned. My home also smells fresh and clean.

I found this company to give a fair price and quality work. There were no hidden charges for the work. No switch and bait. I highly recommend Karpet King.
