I can't say enough about Alex and his work. He is everything you would want in a professional and more. My basement carpet got wet from flooding, and he was creative in finding a solution. He moved all the furniture, removed the pad, replaced the carpet, and cleaned everything perfectly. He removed stains in other carpets that I thought would never come out. He is unfailingly pleasant, polite, prompt, and reliable. I recommend him wholeheartedly!

Alex was phenomenal. He arrived on time. He took great care to not dirty the house or scratch the walls by putting slippers over his shoes and setting up wall barriers so the hose did not rub against walls. He spent 3 hours meticulously cleaning my sectional and sofa, even getting at areas that were hidden under the skirt. When he was done he made sure I inspected the furniture and was satisfied. Alex is very nice, courteous, and professional. His price was very reasonable compared to two other quotes I had received. Iâ m a very satisfied and happy customer!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex & his company King Carpet Cleaning. 6 other companies on Angie's List would not come because it is a 2nd floor walk up, no elevator. One came but said he couldn't promise to get the stains out. Both upholstered sofa & wall to wall carpet in a bedroom are off white & 11 yrs old. I was not expecting a miracle, just some improvement. Alex is a lovely spirited professional, came on time, was very careful of my belongings, and stayed until he as satisfied with the job. During the process he showed me problem areas on the sofa. The carpet is like new ! And the sofa is wonderful. The stains the other said he could not guarantee to get out, came out ~ 90% -- I can only tell they remain if I look very hard & long. I could tell from other reviews that he was the one & am so glad it worked out that the others wouldn't come. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him & the quality of his services.
