We've only begun our journey to new granite counter tops. Pino came out from the "Kitchen Man" and was Fabulous. I liked him immediately and his knowledge and honesty made it an easy decision for us to choose this company. How I wish there were more salesmen out there who could impress me like this gentleman did. Pino, You ROCK !!!!

Tile cuts uneven. Grout lines inconsistent - did not use spacers. Finishing mistakes. Just in too much of a hurry. Very courteous; just that work product is poor.

I brought it to your wife"s attention that the details were imperfect and we also verbally discussed re-doing the entire backsplash to make it perfect.
