Our project involved landscaping the whole backyard including stone patio, complete drainage system, irrigation system, installing grass, plants, etc. Work was completed ~1.5 years ago. Quality of work was well below average. They cut corners. Un-addressed problems include: (1) Irrigation system issues, (2) Improper install of stone pathway, (3) Cracked pathway stones, (4) Drainage problem on one side of the patio, (5) Damaged stones on the patio. Repeated requests over months have gone unanswered and ignored. All these issues were brought to their attention well within the warranty period. The Land Connect owner only visited the work site only couple of times during the whole project which lasted several weeks.
