Robert was very accommodating and professional. I got 3 estimates and he was the most reasonable one. In fact, he responded right away from an Home Advisor inquiry and setup an appointment for the estimate. Robert called me the following day for a follow up while I was driving home from work and was wondering if we meet up after he completed a project! Did quality work and took his time. Overall, he made sure not to make track marks on the carpet by using shoe covers! Very neat and cleans his mess.

Ceiling Fan - Repair
Connected new attic fan, installed by roofer, in place in attic that was difficult to get to. Also very quickly diagnosed and fixed Casablanca fan in bedroom. Honest, ethical, knowledgable, time-efficient, motivated to do quality work. Much more cost effective than competitive contractors.
