Great experience! Chad arrived promptly at scheduled time. He is very courteous and professional. He listened without interruption and answered all of my questions with respect. He explained what he would be doing using language that a layman could understand. He began work immediately, and promptly discovered the issue was not with my sprinkler system, but it was a plumbing leak. He showed me and explained how he came to this conclusion. He said he would not charge me since it wasn't a sprinkler system problem. I will definitely use his services again and recommend his services to others.

Chad was great to work with! Came out determined what the issue was got the part quickly and got it installed. Let me know other issues that I might have in future but gave me no hard sell to get additional things done that did not need to be done immediately. Will hire again!

Chad was great, he came out quickly to change several broken sprinkler heads, reprogrammed my system so that I got better use out of it and also took care of my messy hedges. Will definitely be using him in the future for some bigger yard and irrigation projects. Great prices, he doesn’t charge by the hour and didn’t change it on me when the programming took longer than expected. He was very friendly and responsive.

Chad was awesome! We had water completely saturating our backyard and coming up through our patio deck and into our pool which was causing causing discoloration and overflow. We had no idea what was causing it. He came out and quickly discovered it was are rear neighbor's house that had a valve leak—who had no idea about it, and was completely flooding all the houses on the block that were below him! I went ahead and hired him to make some adjustments to our sprinkler system...which he didn't want to charge me for, but I insisted...so he gave me a very reasonable rate for that work. Then same day fixed our neighbors issue—giving him a very reasonable rate. Would highly recommend Chad and The Lawn Ranger. Very knowledgeable, timely communication, quick response, great pricing, and awesome work. Thanks again!

Christopher was amazing! He came by to review what we needed and provide a free quote. While he was here, he made some quick fixes for us right away before we ever hired him. His pricing was great compared to other quotes we received. When we did reach out to hire him, he got us on the schedule for the vet next week. He came out and did everything he said he would plus some to optimize our overall sprinkler system. He made this work that I was dreading super easy. I would 100% hire him again and suggest him to anyone needed work done!

Chad gave a very reasonable price, when I first called, based on the information I gave him. Even though he had to come back a second day he did not change the price. By the way, his price was well within what I was willing to pay. He also replaced some PVC line that was worn but not really part of the leak.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Due to the recent extreme cold weather, my sprinkler back flow valve exploded creating a pool of water in my front yard. When I called, he answered right away (no voicemail or putting me on hold, etc.). I shared a few pictures of the issue I was having and he walked me through every step. He sent me pictures of my sprinkler model and diagrams on what parts may be broken and need replacing and even referred me to 3 different landscaping companies where I could buy the part I needed. He saved me a few hundred dollars on what I thought was going to be a disaster bc all I needed was a $20 replacement seal kit instead of having to buy an entire replacement unit. If I ever have similar issues in the future, I’m calling him first!! Super friendly and very patient with someone like myself that knows very little about sprinkler systems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Chad was awesome. We needed sprinkler lines rerouted for a new concrete patio. He came in and did more work than he even expected to do, never complained about it, and didnâ t just jack up the price. He even gave me tips for taking care of the sprinkler system without me even asking. Heâ ll tell it like it is and figure out a way to get your job done at a very fair price. Good guy and did a great job!

Chad was amazing, He was out the next day like he promised , dispute the storm we had in the morning, he was at it in the afternoon as soon as the rain stopped.He was quick and fix the zone that was going on for day days.We could not switch the zone off! He even reduced the original price he quoted us over the phone cos it was a quicker fix that he thought.We will always used him again!

Very pleasant and knowledgeable repairman and his helper took care of my sprinkler system problems (control box, sprinkler heads, and a valve replacement) in good order and at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call this firm for any maintenance or future issues that may arise.

The repairman was very polite and knowledgeable he went the extra mile at note extra charge found my problem plus something else fixed both and still charge me the rate I was paying for the one I wonâ t hesitate to tell my neighbors and call them back if I ever have another problem
