First requested job was completed. But as far as responding back to clients for maybe return service was not acceptable. Was told that they would be in the area or contact to do work on a certain day never did the work or call to notify that they could not complete the work. On that aspect very unprofessional.

Upon meeting Mr. Hardy I was pretty satisfied with his professionalism and after coming to an agreement of how he was going to tend to my VERY basic landscaping needs. I asked Mr. Hardy to please tend to my yard every two weeks, and after the first time he had done a good job. My only problem thereafter was that he did not show up for his next scheduled visit. I instead had to call him after three weeks before he came again. After this visit, he said he would be back promptly after two weeks. Once again, I was stood up and had to find other arrangements. I'm tired of being the only house on the block without a presentable yard.

Before I selected Land Shark I met with Dryall to discuss what I needed and how unsatisfied I was with a few of the other lawn care services I have had and talked with. He seemed patient and listened to what I explained and seemed to have a good understanding on my issues and concerns. He scheduled a time to cut my yard but on that day and time he scheduled he failed to show or call me. I was afraid this was just another typical lawn care service. But when I called he seemed genuinely disappointed he missed my house but gave me an explanation I could live with and returned the following day to complete my yard. When I returned to walk through my yard I was satisfied on his work and attention to detail. I will try to schedule with him again and see how it goes from there.

I told him what I needed done, and he went above and beyond. He did a really good job, came out when he said he would, and did more work for the quote he gave me initially. He is very professional, and is now my lawn service for the entire year.

He was extremely professional, honest, and fair with his evaluation of the type of service that would be needed. Once he began his work, he finished in a timely manner, all while providing excellent service. I would recommend Dyrall to ANYONE who is looking for a lawn care professional that is second to none!

They contacted me back within 10 mins of talking to Service Magic. He came out within an hour after taliking to him, and he was at my home to give me an estimate. He mowed the whole back yard and front yard within an hour. His work was imaculate. The back yard is like a mini foot ball field. He put mulch in the flower beds as well.

He did an amazing job on my yard and I would highly recommend him. He couldn't be any nicer and knew so much about landscaping- it was great to hear all of his ideas on how I could improve my yard, since I know nothing about landscaping. I would give him an A++
