Customer service was awesome other than the job wasn't clearly communicated to the crew that arrived to clean the gutters. Not sure if they could have done more to seal the gutters as planned but they still leak.

Jim came over .pleasant friendly. Listen to all our concerns.Took his time assessing carefully. Recommended a replacement and glad we did.We were shocked when he told us they would be here that following Saturday. Terence and his crew should up right on time . They got right to work and worked steadily for 5 hours . They were very thorough and let us know every step what they found and what they were doing.
