"Mrs. K Thank you for the feedback. We are extremely sorry you were not satisfied with our work. We have been working on your pool for many years and the previous homeowner were happy with our business. We did leave the filter there and do apologize. The owner picked up the filter when he came back to vacuum. We sent the owner of the company out to you for multiple reasons. You had expressed your interest in weekly service and how to attain that. As new homeowners we wanted to make sure you received the best services and advice. The owner came, vacuumed, and gave you advice on how to maintain your pool without a weekly service company which you explained you did not want. We thought giving you some recommendations on what supplies you would need would be helpful. He in no way wanted you to take it the wrong way. He stopped vacuuming at a certain point because the pool was cloudy and he could not see anymore. The reason for the scheduling issues was because of the weather. We had bad thunderstorms when we had canceled in the morning. The office always tries to give you the best time frame for when we will be showing up. It is hard to do many jobs in certain weather so we tried to accommodate you as best we could. Please feel free to contact us for future questions, comments, or concerns."

"this was the letter that was mailed certified to this customer. The Liner Specialists, Inc. 1214 Rt. 52 Suite 200, Carmel, NY Main Office: 845-225-4124 Fax: 845-225-4127 Email: poolliners01@gmail.com May 16, 2017 We are writing this letter to confirm that you wish to break the contract that was signed with The Liner Specialists on September 19, 2016. We had given you a price which was an extremely competitive price. After signing of the contract, we ordered custom materials. The permits did not become available to start any of this work until April 19,2017. We filled out all work on our part and Mary Ann from the office made numerous phone calls to Camille at the town to see what can be done to move this along and she kept saying that the engineer, architect as well as yourself needed more paperwork to move on. The construction management of this project was being managed by Mr. and Mrs. Buglione (the acting General Contractor). It was understood by The Liner Specialists as subcontractor that the engineer, architect, and town were handling all their aspects of this project. Our responsibility to this contracted job was to start work as soon as we were given the go ahead by the GC. We had the custom ordered materials in stock for over six months, and we delivered a portion of it. Cancelling this contract at this point is something we are not legally obligated to do. However, in good faith we will be willing to grant you an offer and compromise for cancelling this contract. In early May, via phone conversation, we mutually to rectify this. At this point The Liner Specialists can only accept $4128.00 for cancellation however, for an additional $900.00 equaling $5000.00 we will give you all product ordered which will settle this matter in it?s entirety.
