Sam was very professional and explained what he needed to do to fix my air conditioner problem. The pvc pipes that go to the trap was clogged so badly that he had to replace the pvc pipe. Solved the problem and my air conditioner is working properly again. Fortunately, it was not a big problem and the bill was reasonable.

Excellent in all areas. Very good explanation including pictures. Final bill was $300.00 higher than estimate. He did explain afterwards the estimate was for parts only not including labor and other costs including tax. I wish he had told me the higher estimate amount at least within $50 - $100. The final bill was a bit of a shock. He did explain it and I understood it and paid the bill.

He arrived right on time, if not earlier. Went and got extra supplies I needed for the job. Did the job fast and efficient. Explained what he did, even provided before and after pictures so I wouldn't have to get on the roof to see myself. All in all very professional, courteous and very fairly priced.. Will use his services every time in the future.
