Not only was the original service scheduled quickly, but he arrived on time and was able to complete servicing of a second item. Then he was telling me other services offered and fixed a toilet handle that was next on my list without additional charge. In addition he is returning Monday to do an additional service. I will always call him first when I need household help.

The repair n prognosis of the issue was a costly event, something that was not expected and perhaps preventable. However, Local Choice did work with me and was able to eventually repair the issue. Service and repair were a 5 n overall would have been a 5 but the cost was not as expected.

Samuel, the owner, responded very quickly and got a new heater installed in our home. He speaks perfect Spanish when needed. It has been 20 years since we had a new heater replaced and it was time for a new one. I highly recommend this business.

I am in AZ and hiring blindly in el paso tx to work on my97 yr old aunts wall heater. He responded within 5 min. and was over there within a couple of hours. not that i asked for him to do it. but he could do it and was willing to ensure she had heat. very well mannered and was understanding that she may have a hard time answering phone and doors. He called and gave me the technical issue as i requested about the heater. then I asked him to make sure to see if there was any other heaters. and there were. he made sure they worked. I just met this aunt and dont know her house. I paid the bill. He ensured I understood all the charges on the bill and nothing was hidden. he was very straight forward. You cant go wrong hiring this companpany. they are clear and concise and professional. they will do what they need to do for those who need it... 97 yoear olds need that. not 50 year olds. lol. his pricing wasn't out of line. I will be using him in the future . Need I say any more than that!

We started searching early last week on the Home Advisor app. Wasn’t in a hurry to get the furnace running (1-2 weeks will do). Surprisingly enough, they called and had available spots in 1-2 days’ time. We set it up, they came over. Did the service checks and got the furnace up and running. The owner shared some options for upgrade when we are ready to make the change. We enjoyed and valued the professionalism and care they put into getting the furnace operating again. Look forward to working with them again.
