The work completed was too expensive for what they actually did. $211.00 with no new parts used, simply put the lock and deadbolt back together. Labor was approx 30 - 45 minutes.

"Hello Mr.Robert We rekey your lock so all 5 keys work smooth, repair handle set due to everything fall apart, pin springs, etc. We also provide with new latch because old one was broken. 3 repairs and new part plus install for 195 plus tax seems fair. Sorry you feel it was expensive but all prices were said before doing work."

Spoke with owner, scheduled appointment. He showed up early but waited. Appreciated that part. The tech did a great job on the deadbolt. Patio door that another thing, tech stripped screw and did not even bother to tell me that he could not put it back in, he just left it on the counter. My patio door was old, but tech told me he spoke with owner, and they would come up with a solution. Never heard from again. Found a solution on my own.
