Jams came out quickly and was responsive. They fixed our loose door handle. It is already starting to loosen again though and the replacement of the door handle with different hardware left an "ugly door. Likewise our "bolt" did not cleanly go into the jam and that was not fixed. We did that ourselves later.

He's a great guy and did a great job-- but was two hours late! It's fortunate I had the time to stick around and wait. Otherwise, the whole thing would have never gotten off the ground. But I must say he really was more than competent and was a pleasure to work with.
