I had them come out under my home warranty. Tyler fixed the running toilet. I noticed in a few days it was still running but would cut itself back off. Tyler came out and said it might be the seal between the toilet and the back piece. He recommended the toilet to be replaced. So I purchased the toilet and contacted him to do the install. He said he would talk to the office to get it scheduled but never replied back. I waited a week and called the office. She scheduled me for last Wednesday, got the email confirmation and waited all day but no one came out. I called the next day and left a voicemail to see what happened. Then I got an email saying thanks for letting us service your home but they never came out. I have been calling all week and left voicemails but nobody has called me back yet.
