The Maid Quarters began working on my home about 2 years ago, and I have been completely happy ever since. There have been times when I have not been home, and they still do a completely great job, locking up after. One day, they actually did a deep cleaning for me (I have teenagers!), without me asking or being charged for it. Great team with a family like vibe.

Mellinda's Team, headed by Rosanna, was fantastic! Not only did they do a superb job (deep) cleaning my home, they were extremely friendly. The house has never looked this good, even after having used other house cleaning services. Great job, Maid Quarters!

My house is cluttered so that may explain why there were a number of things that were forgotten. I had missed them when they came the first time and was glad they could come back to clean as I was expecting visitors. I am told they will schedule to come back in the new year. I was charged full rate for 2 hrs. Very expensive. I don't think I shall hire them again.

"This is of course upsetting to our team who takes it very serious on hitting quality at each and every home we do. I certainly dont want to be insensitive to the above review but the house was in such horrible condition we did everything we could. The customer made an appointment orginally the day before and we waited in front of her home for 45 mins and she was a no-show. We happily returned the next day to clean up very questionable enviroment. In retrospect we should of just excused ourselves but we wanted to help her as she mentioned vistitors coming in from out of town. They were older and appeared to need a helping hand. Very sad."

One Time Interior House Cleaning
Very friendly and helpful. They gave great tips on how to keep the house clean and allergen-free until the next cleaning. They used an organic cleaning solution on our baseboards since we have cats.

Melinda and her team did a great job on getting the house ready for guests for daughter's upcoming wedding. She came on 2 days notice and added me into what was already a very full day for her team. She even brought extra people along to ensure that she could everything done in the time she quoted and even though it took a little longer than she anticipated she did not charge more than our agreed upon price. The team is very professional and the house looked and smelled great when they left. I would definitely hire her again!

Very thorough every time. I am mostly in Chicago and Melinda Whirley does an excellent job of keeping me updated on what they have done during their visit, as well as when they will be returning. I feel she and her crew are very responsible and trustworthy. My husband spends a good bit of time there and he has always been very complimentary of the work they do. He always comments on "how clean it smells'>

My house sparkled when they left. Took 3+ hours, but they cleaned ceiling fans, base boards and cobwebs from the walls on top of just the regular cleaning. Didn't find anything they had missed. Very happy with my house and gave me time to gear up for family in town for holidays. Melinda was very nice and all that worked with her did a great job.
