After many texts back and forth, the "pro" agreed to the job. He set a date to assess the work for a week later. He came and agreed to clean our home every other week on a regular basis. He was too busy to start until two weeks later. The night before the start date he no longer had transportation and didn't know when he could begin. We set a date for the following week. We will see what happens.
