Hard to communicate due to language problem. This was my 1st time using company so it was supposed to be a deep cleaning. Not only was it NOT a deep cleaning but she only spent 45 minutes! I have laminate floors and she used a cotton mop, which left the floors wet! I couldn't do a walk-through with her due the wet floors. I had to dry mop the floors myself. I called the company and they sent her out again the next, claiming that they wanted me to be happy. No way! I would not recommend The Maids are Here. $99.00 for 45 minutes and a half- baked job!

The maids were very nice and did go the extra mile to help me as I had my left hand and wrist in a cast. They put clean sheets on two of my beds, for my guests who were coming for the Holiday weekend.Iwas particulary impressed with Maria who washed the outside of all my kitchen cupboards and cleaned my very dirty oven.Thanks so much for all of your help. None of the women spoke English. As a result, there was much miscommunication about what to clean, how to clean, etc. I informed the mgr before hiring DO NOT USE SPRAYS. I have a bird. Sprays kill birds. So what happens, I walk into the kitchen and the woman is spraying oven cleaner. I'm choking. Then they removed the slat that covers between the bottom of the kitchen cabinet and the floor. Threw it away. After they leave, I see there's A HOLE THERE!!!! So I have to pay someone to replace it. Very VERY unhappy with the entire experience.

They seem to motel/hotel cleaners. Home cleaning is different. I will use 2 more times and probably move on if i do not get better results. Cost averages about 50.00 per hour.

They called and we set up a time for the service and the costs involved was confirmed by e-mail. They showed up on time and after a walk-through,went right to work with no disruptions. They did a great job and at the end, we went over the work done to confirm my satisfaction. They are bonded and insured which meant a lot to me. I will be using them again!

They called me promptly and were very well priced! They came in and cleaned today and done a great job. I was very pleased. They spent about 3hours at my house and cleaned away all the mess my hubby had left for me while I was in the hospital for 17 days. They had a huge job and they did great!

Showed up on time. Did a good job. Damp mopped my laminate and wood floors. Looked spotty and dull. I expected them to use a cleaning solution so I asked them to re-mop using my cleaning products. They were happy to re-mop for me and my floors looked clean and shiny!!

Talked to Marc, the husband/owner, and he was SO nice. They came a few days before Thanksgiving and did a great job. Everything was very clean. The floors and bathrooms turned out great and they were the worst! Loved coming home to a clean home. We booked them to come again before Chritmas. Thanks!!!
