The Maintenance Guy Property Services, LLC

I Hired them for major work at an apartment complex. Mitch is rude and does not understand the business. He did an OK job (Though unfinished) on my first set of 5 apartments and pushed me to pay a deposit for next set to lock in his schedule. He never showed up after and started threatening, finding excuses. Then he bumps up the bid for him to come back and work. We even agreed for it as our deposit was locked up, but the terms did not workout. He did not want to refund the initial deposit and claims it is non-refundable. I had to file a police complaint to get my money back. He laughed at me when I warned him about the police complaint. he thought it was a civil matter. He does not even know it is theft of services. I am glad I got my money back and taught him a lesson. I am not expecting any better response from a shady business owner anyway. I do not have to lie, I am just trying to help others by sharing my experience.
