The first time they were to clean my house they were over 2 hours late stating they had a flat tire and then a family emergency. When they finally arrived they took much longer than expected and did not clean the bathroom sinks or the mirror. I asked them to redo it and they did. I felt that maybe they were just having a bad day and I would try them again. Well, they didn't even show up. I do not recommend using The Masters Hand Services, Inc.

"We regret not having communicated better with this valued client. We did call to arrange a later cleaning on the day that we "didn't even show up." We offered a complete free cleaning for the inconvenience. As far as the time taken on the first cleaning, that is not unusual. However, we never charge more than our estimate. Client checked cleaning before completion. Our work is 100% guaranteed!"
