I hit 'send' at www.servicemagic.com & the phone rang! It was Master's Plumbing! Disappointed that there was a $79 service charge that would NOT be applied to the final cost of repairs. Pleased to get a phone call a few days later letting me know that they would be in my area and could drop the service charge to $49. The initial repair list was too much $ so he shortened the list and did only what I wanted him to do without any sales pressure. However, there ended up being a slight miscommunication about what was going to be completed for what $, and I didn't get everything I thought I was paying for, but am still pleased with the service. Thx!
