Great work. Prompt service. Went above and beyond to answer my questions and phone calls as well as reply to my texts outside of regular business hours. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Brent is such a nice guy and very knowledgeable about swimming pools. He was very professional and taught me so much about our pool. He spent a good amount of time with me explaining various aspects of our pool, pump, and how to maintain our pool on our own, and he was very patient in answering all my questions. I am much more confident in taking care of our pool and learned so much!! Also, our pool has had a leak since we purchased our home two years ago, and no one has been able to locate the leak. Brent was able to find our leak in less than 20 minutes!! To top it all off, Brent contacted ME for several days following his initial visit to make sure the pool was responding to the treatment he recommended and performing as expected. Brent is our pool guy for life!! Call him for any and all of your pool needs. I know I will!!

My liner was coming out of it's track. I went to Conway to a pool store there and showed them pictures and they said they could fix it for me and would put me on their book. The next day I received a call from them stating that I was not in their service area and that they were booked up. I live about 30 to 40 minutes away from Conway. Home Advisor matched me with The Mobile Pool Store. I called and talked to Brent. I sent him pictures of the pool, pump and filter. He said yes that they could come out and fix my liner but they were about 2 weeks out. They are in Cabot about 2 hours away. This was around the 15th of June. The day before the fourth of July Brent called and said that Matthew would be out that Friday to fix the liner. Friday came, Matthew and Derick showed up. They were very nice, courteous, professonal and knoweldgeable. They went to work right away. Matthew worked on my liner while Derick went to work changing the sand in the filter. While he was changing the sand he found a piece broke in the filter that was allowing sand to enter our pool. He replaced it and put new sand in it. Matthew kept me informed on their progress. When they were done he gave me a crash course in how to run the filter for maximum effect. There were pipes and knobs that I didn't know what they were for but I do now thanks to Matthew. My son and I were checking the water level when he noticed the liner under a jet had a hole in it. This jet had the bottom of the ring broken off. It was this way when we bought it almost 2 years ago. I had meant to mention it to Matthew while he was here but forgot. I called Brent almost in tears because I knew I was looking at another service charge. Brent said not to worry about it he would be out the next day to fix it and he would not charge me anything to fix it. Sure enough he was here the next day took about 30 minutes to fix the problem and wouldn't take anything but a gatorade. Needless to say they have made a customer for life. They are willing to come almost 2 hours out of their way where the ones in Conway weren't. They were an answer to a prayer, because I don't know what I would have done if they hadn't been willing to come out and fix it. I guess we would of had a hole in the ground. We will be using them to close our pool this fall and every year after. They have a customer for life. Thank you for your hard work and willingness to come out in the sticks to fix our pool.

Brent and his team have taken care of us and our house in the best way possible. They take care of you like family. We are out of the state trying to sell our house and they keep us in the loop every step of the way. I wish I could talk him into moving to South Carolina with me.

Brent and Matthew were awesome both times they have been out. They completely rebuilt our pool pump and sand filter. They kept the costs really low, were prompt, and did excellent work. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done on their pool.

My first experience with Brent and the mobile pool store was to have them come out and change the sand in my filter. Little did I know how badly I would need them later. Two months after they did a great job helping me open the pool, I had an algae problem that was out of control. After spending hundreds of dollars at other brick and mortar stores, I called Brent and he gave me a plan that actually worked. The funny thing about Brent is that I actually believe he cared more about my pool than I did, and he wasn’t afraid to let me know that. Being a new pool owner, I didn’t realize all of the things I needed to do to care for it. I’m a small customer compared all of his other clients, but he still took the time to give me the same level of service he would give anybody. When working with him and his family, it becomes obvious that that’s just the kind of people they are. Very impressed with the Mobile Pool Store and I would recommend them to anybody.

My wife and I recently purchased a home with an in ground pool and brand new filtration and pump system. Brent and his crew were subs on this and did extensive work. After a few months of using the pool, I noticed that there was a leak coming from behind one of the return jets that was causing the water levels to drop dramatically and causing my yard to be saturated as well. In a panic I called Brent to diagnose the situation. Brent was able to stop by my house, after hours, on the same day I reached out to him. He diagnosed the issue as a broken pipe which was caused by the concrete contractor. Even though he wasn't responsible, he fixed the problem by tunneling under the concrete and making the repair and providing me the same warranty coverage as the previous home owner. Who does this?!! My wife and I have used Mr. Brent Weeks, The Mobile Pool Store, for more than 5 years. We learned how Mr. Weeks from a landscaper who was familiar with his work. Mr. Weeks has provided a variety of services over the years including pool cleaning, liner replacement, opening/closing tasks, and pump replacement. We can attest that Mr. Weeks and his company provided the above services at competitive prices and in a timely manner. On the rare occasion a scheduled service appointment could not be met, he would contact us. After opening the pool in 2015, we decided to replace our liner and Mr. Weeks measured the surface area and placed the order with a third party vendor. We had scheduled a pool party at the start of the summer and were concerned whether installation could be achieved prior to the party. Mr. Weeks was in contact with the vendor and kept us informed about progress and shipping date. Within a couple of days of the scheduled party, the liner was delivered and Mr. Weeks worked into the evening to achieve installation. As a result of his effort the pool was fully functioning for the party! We have dealt with various pool service providers since installation of our pool 2005, a number of whom are no longer in business, lacked experience, and/or provided substandard work. In the past five years we have relied upon Mr. Week's professionalism, competitive pricing, and delivery of services. We have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Weeks to any pool owner. We had a broken pipe that needed attention and Brent was very quick to respond. Within the hour, he was at the house and had repaired in no time. However, it continued to leak the next day. One phone call and he returned to replace all the fittings. A+ customer service!

Brent was prompt returning my call before I could put the appointment on my calendar. He provided competent quality work and made solid recommendations for work that needs to be corrected that other companies ignored. I would like everyone to know that Brent and his crew are truly amazing! I have a large inground pool with the filter and pump underneath the deck. ( About 4 feet of clearence) Most pool people wouldn't touch that! He came in...I instantly liked him, and I had a new filter and pump installed within a week! They are professionals that know what they are doing. My pool has never looked or run this nice since I bought the house back in 2001!! BTW it is a 20' x 40' ft 25k pool. These guys can handle it! He came a day early, he was there till 9 o'clock at night and had the pool running in 2 hours. He got everything done, he will be doing more jobs for me in the fall, he was friendly, and I was extremely happy with work, would recommend to anyone. Happy to have found him.
