Mold & Toxic Material Test
This company was subcontracted by Champia Home Inspections to come out for a mold inspection during our due diligence period. The report came back saying NO MOLD was found. However, upon gaining access to the home after closing, we found multiple areas with VISIBLE MOLD in the home. The company did not acknowledge our complaints/questions. I DO NOT recommend using them.

Mr. Vince is incredibly knowledgeable and capable of explaining about mold and how to remedy the problem. He was patient and worked with us when the sellers and other work being done after we closed took longer than expected. All in all an absolute pleasure to work with even before you consider the peace of mind treating the entire house and air of mold brought. Our technician, Mr. Mike, was very thorough and another fantastic person to trust your home with. The hard work and dedication of this team helped us create a healthy, mold-free environment of our entire house and we could not be more pleased.
