Dennis was wonderful to work with. His inspection was very thorough and testing produced results quickly. When our house tested positive for molds Dennis was there to explain exactly what we were dealing with, and took the time to check and recheck the progress being made during the cleanup process. My wife and I would recommend him to anyone.

Extremely thorough review of the issue and provided a detailed explanation of the results that several other companies could not do. Others provided a 5-10 minute review with some tools and quickly went after my wallet for additional work. Not the Mold Detective, he provided the service every home owner needs to hear to protect their home. I would recommend him nation wide if I could, but we are fortunate to have a company like The Mold Detective in the First Coast.

I am very allergic to mold. I had all the symptoms but there was no visible mold. Dennis was able to find the mold in our wall cavities through strategic testing. He then helped us to find a mold remediation company. We are so grateful to him for helping to solve this problem. Thanks you, Dennis.

He told me I had mold but could not tell me how to get rid of it or who to hire or where it originated.

I'm sorry Sue B. was disappointed in my services. I believe she was having a difficult time accepting how extensive her mold issue is and didn't like what I found the cause to be. This review was written before I even had the lab results or had a chance to discuss her problem with any remediators. I did find a company to help her but she has never returned their call.

A true professional with a genuine desire to do his job in a thorough and concise manner. Prompt in meeting his appointment time, which is a huge plus. Too many companies make appointments and fail to even call to let you know that they are running behind. We are all busy. And his turnaround for the results, is excellent I d recommend him for anyone in need of this type of service.
