Ben was the first to contact me when I went through Angi. Communications were great. He explained everything well to me for the needs of mold removal and sealing of my wet basement. We had a rain the day he was finishing and he offered to return the next week just to make sure the seal still looked good. I have already highly recommended him to others. Thanks Ben!

The owner arrived to do the work.with a friend who he stated could better fit into the crawl space under the house. So in effect, the helper did the work under the license of the company owner. There was mold remediation done in the attic as well. When the crawl space work was finished the helper came into the house to access the attic. The man did not change clothes between crawlspace and attic. On entering and leaving the house the man brushed against kitchen cabinet and three doors, ceiling and wall, clothes dryer, and floor . The owner of business saw I was concerned and said he would do cleanup before leaving. The worker did have to make a turn through a tight space with the ladder. Before leaving, the owner asked for a rag . I provided some Lysol spray and a rag. He wiped up some dirt on one floor, was very much in a hurry. It took two hours for me to clean up doors, floors, dryer, ceiling, and walls. The clean up required following the work is the reason I am unable to give this business a higher rating.

I was looking for a mold specialist to test for mold in my crawlspace after two incidents of leaks from frozen/burst pipes. After inquiring on Home Advisor, the Mold Specialist reached out immediately. The Mold Specialist first recommended a plumber that could fix my broken pipes for a very fair price. Once that was complete we scheduled a test that was completed quickly and efficiently. A small amount of mold was discovered. The mold specialist was very accommodating to my schedule and was able to work at a convenient time for me. They completed the job very quickly and efficiently at a fair price. Would highly recommend. Good business and pros.

Ben performed mold remediation in my downstairs 1/2 bath. He was very knowledgeable and explained each step of the process thoroughly before starting work. I thought his cost estimate for the size of the area being cut out and treated was more than reasonable. He was prompt, completed the work within the time estimated, left the work area clean and provides a warranty on his work. He also provided a great recommendation for the final repair work needed post-remediation. Though I hope to never need Benâ s expertise in the future, I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to my friends.
