Excellent. I'd call them quiet and quick. Cleaned the blinds slat by slat, wiped down all the baseboards and that was just getting started. We are setting up a monthly schedule. Highly recommend these ladies and about half the price of some others.

I was extremely disappointed with this service. I paid a substantial amount of money for a deep clean. Blinds were not dusted, couches were not vacuumed; pictures were not dusted everywhere. Some were, some were not.

Didn t have the right kind of mop to mop cement floors do they didn t do 1200 out of 2700 sq ft.

"I am sorry that we were not equipped to do construction clean up. You hired us to do a basic move-in cleaning. You told the home was dusty from being vacant. We did what we were hired to do. I am very sorry that we were not equipped to clean the floors that recently had the carpet torn out. It was not discussed when we scheduled the appt for a move-in cleaning. We, however, worked very hard on the rest of the house. Thank you, Ron, for your business, I hope we can be of service again."

They never finished the job. They over committed and under delivered. I paid them $225 and still had to finish cleaning the house ourselves.

We agreed to clean you home for 6.5 hours and we fulfilled our agreement. Your home did need additional time and under normal circumstances we would been happy to add additional time to your cleaning. Unfortunately our housekeepers do not feel comfortable in the situation they were in so we could not add that additional time. Our housekeepers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect , hopefully we can all learn from this unfortunate situation."

After deciding to get professional help at the last minute during the holiday week the owner fit me in to their busy schedule. The women sent to clean the rental home we were leaving did such a wonderful job. They were fast and able to hit all the spots we requested in a short amount of time. The place looked great.
