Chris Johnson of The Moss Boss, LLC responded to my request within in an hour and he scheduled the appointment for the estimate for cleaning the roof and gutters both. He was on time, and after aggreging to the estimate the job was scheduled within one week. When he came he told me about the process and laid out the tarps to protecting the landscaping surrounding the house. He kept me informed while I was watching him do the job he is very professional and highly skilled at his job. I would recommend him.

Chris was amazing!! Exemplary service and fast!!! I broke my arm and had 6 inches plus 4 inches of ice on our 800 ft driveway with a very steep incline. I got an appointment within 25 hours of speaking to Chris and he came out with his team New Year’s Eve night no less and plowed, chopped, shoveled and blew the entire area in no time at all!! Totally impressed and customer service was top notch! Will be using Moss Boss for a number of their services and recommend them 1000%!!
