Plaster Repair
Jim Warner, the owner of the company, quoted 2 days of work to expose a brick wall, clean the brick, tuck point, and seal the brick. When Jim came to work, he demanded payment upfront, spent half the day working, and has not been back since. Now, 2 weeks later only 30% of the job is done, debris bags are in our yard, we have unfinished walls, and plaster dust is everywhere. I have called and texted to keep communication open. 4 separate times he promised he will show up, and did not. His communication became more and more inconsistent. Then he caught Covid, which I feel is because it can be hard for any of us. The frustrating part is that there was no communication about when things would be taken care of. So we had to ask for money back for a job not done. Waiting to see if any refund will take place.

Worked with Jim to remove popcorn ceilings from my home. Jim was timely, communicated well, and overall provided great customer service. The job took an extra day over the estimate, but Jim made sure we got the best result without increasing our price. The workmanship was top notch and our ceilings looks fantastic. 10/10 would recommend working with him.

Jim did decent work. The job was supposed to take 3 days, it took 7. He cut corners in his rush to finish, leaving rough areas on my smooth ceiling, an outlet that he had pulled out of its box and did not put back (it would no longer fit and he neglected to mention it before he left) and debris in my garage. I would not hire him again.

Jim repaired a plaster wall in our mid-century home. He was very professional, detailed oriented, and takes great pride in his workmanship. He is very knowledgeable in the plaster repair process taking the time to complete all the steps properly. It is so rare to find someone like Jim who knows how to repair plaster walls and do such a great job!

Unfortunately we were not completely satisfied with our experience. While Jim is clearly a kind man, the painting/plastering job he left on our ceiling is very uneven and heterogeneous in color, and frankly just looks bad. We even had him come back to go over it again, which took over 3 weeks because he kept canceling, and upon fixing it, it weirdly now looks even worse. Of note, both times before leaving Jim said that the ceiling would look great once dried. It is just really disappointing to pay $1200 for a job but then need to fix it further. Anyway, giving him 1.5 stars because he is nice...

The job was to repair drywall and paint. Drywall work was great but the texture and paint could have been better. All work was supposed to take 2 days because of our travel schedule he finished in three. I had to repaint because the color match was not close and I could not depend on him finishing before I left. I would advise all who consider this contractor to hold back at least 40% until you have had at least a full day to inspect his work.

I was able to submit pictures of the work I needed done through messaging, They responded promptly with an estimate that seemed very reasonable, they arrived exactly at the time they said they would, And the repair job they did was excellent.
