Worst experience ever. Astounding lack of communication. Reached out in June/July for landscaping project for our tiny front lawn. Did not start planting until mid October. Sent photos for what we wanted and we were ignored throughout the entire process. End result is passable at best. Not worth the money, go elsewhere.

It's winter and I was facing a blizzard of epic proportions (or so the weather guys warned me). So who can you rely on to get rid of all that snow? Try Narrow Lane. It's easy to love Narrow Lane in the spring, summer and fall ... the grass is green...the flowers are blooming ... the leaves are multi-colored ... and the Narrow Lane team is taking care of it all. But what about the winter, when you are facing 2-3 feet of snow and the landscape is miserable? That's when the pros come out, starting with a written plan e-mailed to you in advance of a huge blizzard, telling you what you can expect! Who does that? I have never experienced such responsive customer service! And then, the team came out ... twice ...as promised ... during the great blizzard of 2015, and did exactly what they had said they would do ... well, great customer service like that is rare, indeed, these days. So, I just had to share my experience. And encourage you to get in line for your great experience. Marijo

Professional from beginning to end. Had all equipment and friendly workers who worked hard. Always available and did a great job.

Narrow Lane does a great job at everything they do including stone work, landscaping and lawn care, I recommend them highly.

Our house had zero curb appeal - overgrown bushes, narrow path, no obvious way to get to the back yard, retaining walls in disrepair, lawn that had more weeds than grass and a driveway that needed replacement. Ron Goode from The Narrow Lane designed a great landscape listening to addressing every concern my wife and I had. At this writing, it has been about 5 months since he finished, and we are still getting compliments on how great the yard looks. Ron Goode and his Narrow Lane team were outstanding from start to finish. Ron was extremely thorough with his initial estimate, worked well with us to alter the scope of work as needed, and installed a complicated driveway on time. Their work was extremely detail oriented and Ron provided daily updates via email which proved very helpful so we always knew what they completed that day and what their plan was to finish the project. Ron's business partner Dave was also very knowledgeable, easy going, and he too went the extra mile throughout the entire process to make sure the driveway turned out great. The person that used to do our yard had not shown up in several weeks and it was a mess. I called Narrow Lane. They provided service immediately--within half an hour. Both the response time and quality were excellent. A few days later we got an estimate for continuing the service. We are hiring them. Great company!-- especially if you have a busy life and need highly professional service.

Although I didn't use them because they were too expensive they seem have good ideas.

We have only had two interations with the company but both have been very responsive and exceeded my expectations for yardwork. Initial contact was within 30 minutes of my request, estimates were the next day and work was perfomred within a week. People have been professional and completed things as I would expect. Now I await the results.

We were happy to meet with Ron (narrow Lane Company). they did what they should. The project was more complicated than we thought and we think it not worth it for now. They are very knowledgeable and they are responsible. They are honest and they take things seriously.

I hired The Narrow Lane Co. for this season's lawn maintenance (mowing,fall & spring cleaning, etc.) Ron was friendly and professional during estimate visit & follow-up negotiations. It's still March so the only service completed so far is the spring cleaning; that was a job well-done.

My experience with Ronald Goode of the Narrow Lane Co. was excellent. The reply to my inquiry was immediate, an on-site estimate was given the same morning, and the work was performed very well. Communication with this contractor could not have be better. He contacted us right away, returned our phone calls within minutes, and called when the work was completed to ensure that we were fully satisfied with his work. He is the best landscaping contractor that we have ever worked with, and we have worked with many. We will definately be using his company again.
