Mike did the home inspection in a timely and competent manner. I accompanied him during the entire process, asked numerous questions, and received complete and clear answers. We spent about 4 hours thoroughly inspecting even minor details. I received the written report with annotated photographs the same evening via e-mail. Am amazingly good experience.

We had Mike from Neighborhood Home Inspector look at our house on a lake to see what type of work it needed and what priority order that work needed to be done. The entire experience was great. He was thorough and explained everything, and gave us great information about just what we needed to do. And on top of that, he was just a real nice guy. I have no problem recommending him at all.

Mike was fantastic, called back within 12 hrs of the message, and undertook the task in hand with gusto. Provided a report within 24 hrs of the Inspection, and was more than happy to openly discuss over the phone areas from a professional perspective. When the computer at home crashed and lost all the files - a phone call - and the next day the PDF was back and available for us to refer to.. Well impressed.....
