My bathtub filled up with sewer water shortly after running the washing machine. Nick came out and snaked the drain clear. Went inside and ran water to confirm this wouldnâ t happen again. The bathroom tub would back up while taking showers. Taking hours to drain and began smelling over time. I had called a company out, and they could not snake the drain clear. Told me the reason was that the pipe in the wall did not have proper access. They wanted to charge an Absurd amount to fix the drain and cut into the wall to do a repair. So I got a second opinion. Called The Neighborhood plumber. They could not get out until the next morning, so I waited. Upon arrival, they introduced themselves, put on shoe covers, and ask permission to enter. Very respectable group. They were able to snake my drain clear In about 15 minutes and gave me a simple price that was well worth the service. Then told me why the drain clogged and what I could do to prevent this in the future. A+ rating and job well done.

Had a leaky toilet when flushed. Called TNP out, and they were able to track down the problem quick. Pulled the toilet and installed a new ring. Even reset it flush, so it quit rocking. Very pleased with the overall process. Give them a call for your needs.

The service at Neighborhood Plumber is phenomenal. Nic came over to take a look at an old toilet that I needed replaced and he was able to do it right away. He explained everything well and answered all of my silly questions. New toilet works like a charm! Since he was so nice, I felt comfortable asking him for advice about my water heater as well and he checked it out and gave me some tips before he left and didn't seem to mind at all. Prices very reasonable too. Will continue to call him for any problems I have

After having no hot water, we called a couple plumbing companies out to resolve our issue. Got charged for an estimate and basically told us to contact the home warranty. On the third day with no luck, we called the neighborhood plumber. Nick was able to resolve our issue and at a fair price. He was able to get a part delivered, and we had hot water two days later. We have saved the neighborhood plumber in our contacts for future plumbing issues. Thank you!!!
