We had a great experience with the company. While we were not initially looking for a company to replace our roof, the company did an excellent job of inspecting our roof and even showed us the video and explained their process. Rufus Freeman was phenomenal. He worked directly with our insurance company through completion. I have recommended them to other family and friends. Professional and personable.

AVOID this Company and DO NOT hire them. First of all, they are not BBB accredited when they claim they are. They are full of lies deceits. For example of what they claim: *BBB accredited when THEY ARE NOT! *3% additional charge when paying by credit card. After work is done, they want you to pay cash or check so they can avoid paying IRS tax. *They will not disclose everything up front because they want to earn your business. *They claim customer satisfaction is important but do not do crap anything to fix the customers complaints. Just see some pictures I took of my roof installed by Neill Company and you be the judge. Ask yourself if this is the kind of work you want done on your house. Everything they claim on their website about quality of their workmanship, stellar experience of their installers and the quality of the materials ARE ALL for advertisement to make them look good. Dealing with this company prior to completing the job was a breeze because they want to lock you in fast and sign the contract with them. However, when you are not happy with the finish job, they are hesitant to even do a small repair. This company will cut corners from the quality and cost of the materials and cheap labor.

"We removed all the BBB ads from off our websites when we dropped our "membership" with the BBB. One page was inadvertently overlooked on the website but has since been removed. The 3% charge for credit cards is on our contract which the homeowners signed. The 3% charge is because the only way we have to accept a credit card is to use "Square" (the computer app to take credit cards). Square charges us 3% fee. It has nothing to do with IRS or taxes. Our billing was for the amount the insurance company had approved for the roof replacement, which was the agreed amount per our contract with the homeowner. We did make a supplement request to the insurance company for the cost of the roofing permit. The customer stated after the roof installation that they were not happy with our workmanship. We had several members of our team inspect the roof the next business day. Our leadership team has over 50 years of combined roofing experience. We could not identify anything wrong with the installation. The roofing crew that installed this roof has been with us for TEN years. We suggested to the homeowner that they bring in an outside inspector to evaluate the installation of the roof. Our owner met with the homeowner's outside inspector and the inspector did not advise any corrective action that needed to be taken. We only used GAF materials in this installation. GAF is one of the top US leading shingle brands in the roofing industry.."

My roof replacement from start to finish took 8 hours and was completed in one day and looks beautiful. The one-day turnaround was one of the main reasons I hired this company. This set them apart from their competitors at 2-3 days. The cost estimate was comparable to other estimates I received. If you do hire this company, expect to awake to lanterns shining in the windows as they lay tarp around the perimeter of your home. The foreman never spoke with me but I did get a thumbs up from one of the workers when I inquired on progress. I was expecting progress reports but did not get any. The dumpster stayed in my yard until 2 days after roof completion which may have been an oversight. Overall, It was a good experience although I am glad that it may be decades before I have to do it again!

Highly recommended. Tom was very professional and knowledgeable about my roofing needs. The roofers showed up early and finished the project in one day. The cleaning up was done in an excellent manner. The old shingles were hauled away within one of the completion. Great experience from start to finish.

I had filed an insurance claim for storm damage and the insurance company was being difficult. Tom just happen to be there when the adjuster was inspecting the roof. He talked me through what to expect and felt, based on what the inspector was saying, that insurance would cover the full replacement. That proved not to be the case, but Tom recommended another adjuster and after some time and patience the full replacement was covered. It was great working with Tom Davidson. He was adamant about EARNING my business. The new roof looks amazing and my neighbor even commented on how quietly they worked aside from the nail guns. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have roof work done.

Still need to finish final inspection, but it appears they put the best underlayment layer (Peel-N-Stick) and top of the line Atlas shingles on with professionalism and care. Home Advisor should wait to ask for reviews until the final inspection is done.

We are extremely happy with our whole customer experience with Neill Construction Group. They replaced our roof with top of the line materials at an excellent price. Not only were we happy with the quality of the roof, the service was exceptional. Our contact was Tom Davidson, whom I highly recommend as he walked us through the process from start to finish. Everything was so easy. When the project was completed, the roof looks awesome and the clean up was top notch. We have yet to find so much as a leftover nail from the project. Would very highly recommend!
