Hired them to do wood rot repair. Good guys! Lonnie the estimator, was a bit difficult to reach on his cellphone though. He did not pressure me to sign the contract immediately. He respected my choice to get another quote from a different company. I ended up choosing them because they have the better proposal (cheaper price and better proposed work). The guys who did the repairs did a very professional job. They even did some minor work not included in the contract for free. Would hire them again if needed.

Because I had three quotes from these pros, I had to get a quote from a outside contractor. After review of the quotes, I chose no-nonsense company for my work which resolved the termite problem

Initial visit was great. Top Notch! I signed an annual service contract and the service provided declined. I had to call each quarter to request my maintenance be completed. It's too big of a hassle. I've taken my maintenance needs elsewhere.

Although they were a little late on their appt., they called to let us know and were still here within 2 hours of the original appt time. I think this is a concession worth making when you are getting a good deal and using a local company. They did a great job and were very nice to work with.

Mike responded to my request within a very short period of time. He was immediately available to tackle my Ant infestation. When he came to the house, he got to work immediately and within an hour he was done. Meanwhile I had to return to work and I left him to finish the project. The result...no more Ants anywhere in or around the house when I returned home. In addition, he noticed other problems with hornets nexts and called me to ask me if I wanted him to treat that problem too. He did a great job and I was very satisfied

Mitch Ealy did a very thorough inspection of the property and found a couple of holes through which rats could enter the house and that two other exterminators had not noticed. On time, polite, and thorough, he was far more knowledgeable than others who charged for the inspection.
