The Oldowan Paver Company

My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Oldowan Paver Company. We have done large projects before and this project turned out better than expected. Adrian, Tino and Aswaldo were exceptional in terms of flexibility, arriving on-time each day, cleaning up daily, the quality of their work and you could tell they took pride in what they did as if it were their own home. Adrian helped us out of a situation with our pavers as they arrived and did not look anything like the color in pictures or in the brochure. He said he wanted us to be happy and we worked with him to locate and select Belgard pavers which made all the difference. While this delayed the project about 5 days, there was no pressure from the team to move things along as they kept busy with grading and preparing the soil for all new sod in advance of the paver's arrival. This project was something we had dreamed about for a number of years and now that it is done, we are totally enjoying the new back yard and patio with all the extra space. From our perspective the single most important aspect of a large paver and sod project is selecting the right team. We had interviewed 4 other contractors and my instincts about Oldowan Paver Company and working with Adrian was key to the quality outcome we received! Great Job!

Adrian and his team did a tremendous job. I received multiple quotes for this project but Adrian was the only one who seemed to actually share in and contribute to the vision I was trying to create. I turned a plot into a paver patio with a fire-pit and counter-top wall. I look forward to hosting many parties outside and this will be a central feature. The team worked hard everyday, cleaned up after each day and were incredibly detailed and meticulous in their measurements and installation. Iâ ll be using Adrian and Oldowan Paver Company again in the future and recommend them with no reservations.

Good service but plants did not match expectations.

Make sure this doesn't happen to you! I had an area where grass died in my backyard and I decided to get pavers because the dirt was ending up inside my house. I was ok with the actual paver work done by this company. However, I was NOT happy with the sloppy job they did on the border. I was told the border would be two inches of cement around the pavers. Instead, they left a foot of dirt around the pavers!!! The main reason I wanted the pavers was to get rid of the dirt!!! They didn't protect the existing grass either, they left gravel and rocks all over. I called Adrian and he didn't do anything to resolve this issue. I ended up getting sod and fixing the problem myself. The border they left was sloppy, there are areas where the border is wider, making the sod install harder for me. I would be very careful if you're going to hire this company and if the job requires them to work on your existing grass and if you expect the finishing to be neat!!!

Communication was easy through the home advisor platform, but vendor took longer to do the job than estimated.

They worked hard and got the job done. Cleaned up after themselves which many contractors done do these days.

Adrian Vega was professional and friendly. He Explained the different options available to me, made suggestions and followed through with the agreed upon proposal. He showed up at the scheduled dates/times and his crew worked hard to provide the service requested. They thoroughly cleaned my yard - and the street - when finished. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent service from a trusted source.

Adrian is first class. It was fun to watch he and his team work. They are very detailed at what they do. I recently purchased a home and have been working with different vendors. Adrian has easily jumped to the top of my list. If he says he is going to be there, he will be there 5 minutes early. We made a few modifications to my project and through out the process, he always asked for my insight. I felt like I was part of the project, without having to do all the backbreaking work. I like to spend my money with people that want my business and delivery what they say. Adrian came through for me and did it with a short notice. As long as Adrian is in business, no one else will get my paver business. I don't say this about many people, but Adrian is a trustworthy guy.

Adrian Vega Serrano is a professional contractor who helped me with a patio. He and his team were prompt, neat, clean and pleasant. The job was finished quickly and was reasonably priced. I would recommend him for any projects you may be considering and would definitely use him again for future projects.
