I hired Original Cape Fear Rooter because I smelled sewer gas. It turned out to be a very simple fix. I asked if I was paying for an hour because I had other things he could do. He quickly said â what do you haveâ and for the same visit fee, he installed the new garbage disposal I had and replaced a part in my master bath sink. I just had a small fee for the part I needed for my sink. I only wish I remembered the new shower head that I needed to install! I highly recommend them.

I'm giving 3 stars for the cost. I'm thinking $160.00 might be a little high for less than 1 hour's worth of "toilet unclogging" work. Customer service was very responsive and service provider was courteous and on time.

They did an outstanding job,Dave went through the drain inside and out he is very smart on knowing how the draning should flow and how it all supposed to work and made it all work perfect, his helper was right on the spot in helping Dave and Tammy got them here right on time. David & Tammy Hardee, the owners of this business are the real deal. The old fashion idea of genuine service. They called literally within a minute of my filling our the Home Advisor request form and Tammy was on the phone with my wife 3 times in the next five minutes to figure out what was wrong and when they could be hear. Less than 2 hours later they have fixed my sewer problem. I was expecting a bill that was 3-4 times higher than they charged us. On a scale of 1 to 10 they rate an 11 !!! We highly recommend this company. They explained to us how they were doing the job (clogged kitchen drain), the condition of our plumbing, and any problems they faced. They cleared the clogged drain (a difficult job, it turned out), and then replaced a rusted pipe and valves under the sink, and installed new faucets we had planned to put in ourselves, all for around $200 parts and labor. We plan to hire them in the near future to do some other plumbing jobs we have put off. The service and value were excellent. They have the equipment, knowledge and experience to do top-notch work. We are relieved and pleased to have hired them.

Cape Fear Rooter provided excellent timely service at a fair price! He thoroughly and correctly diagnosed my bathroom leak. They replaced the drain line under the tub, replaced the drain in the tub and snaked the drain. Thereby ensuring no blockage remained. My shower is now running smoothly with NO LEAKS! I would highly recommend this service.
