From our first meeting with Juan we were very encourged about going forward. This was one of four/five interviews so we were relieved to finally click with a company. David came to discuss our diferent options and then we met Kevin who measured to get things underway - got to see 3-D design before beginning. Then David and Eduardo did a fantastic job installing the cabinets to match existing footprint. The quartz got installed and Fausto helped out with a tricky window issue. Appliances got installed beautifully by Jose and his team assisted by a plumber who was very good.When we had a problem with the sink/vent fan Michael Wilhem,operations manager, helped solve it. The entire job was very smooth due to Christine Adams, project coordinator. Thanks to all, Highly recommend!! Chris and Andy

I saw Sam for the estimate. He was very informative and specific about all that was needed for my project. There was a rush involved. They were very prompt and kept me informed about the progress. The job was completed in minimal time. They were very neat - providing sufficient protection to keep the sawdust in the kitchen. The staff was neat and clean. Love my new cabinets. I would highly recommend them

Great up front sales. Incredibly poor project management. Lack of a single project coordinator post sales. Non responsive to calls. Poor attention to details. Our project which should have taken no more than 14 to 21 days beginning to end according to schedule remains completely unfinished after 6 weeks.

I had them do my kitchen which was a seamless process from start to finish. So now I have them doing my bathrooms which has been problematic from the start. The surveyor did not know how to measure properly which created problems from the start. Damage to interior finishes by careless salespeople who run into walls with their roller bags as thg hey walk down hallways? My work started in February and is still not done!! Surveyor did not measure correctly so stone company installed a backsplash that was too high to accommodate mirrors. Mirrors are still sitting outside since February waiting to be installed?? Stone company had to come back, tear our backsplash to return to the shop to cut down . Then reschedule to come back and re-install. This company wanted to compromise a bedroom wall by cutting it open to install plumbing until one of their workers explained it was best to not cut into the wall?? This company wanted to put both bathrooms out of commission at the same time which I said No to. One hand does not talk to the other!! Now my bathrooms are still not done and I have to find repair people to fix all the damage that Mr. Cabinet care does not fix??? My husband and I have taken time off from work only for minimal progress to get completed! Not only does the work not get done correctly from the start, we have to clean up the work area of all the debris as you stated they do not remove the boxes, old items etc. This has not been the worry free experience I had when your company did my kitchen.

Robert, the installer, did an excellent job. He asked for his supervisor's advice when necessary, was professional, cleaned thoroughly and did an excellent installation. I am very happy.

OK so...... Where do I begin? WE ARE SOOOOOO happy with the finished product!!!!! Some of my clients over the past several years have used Mr. Cabinet Care for refacing their kitchens and I was really impressed ! ( I do interior design) Rick Cole was the person that came out to give the estimate for our reface and we were really impressed with his ideas,his knowledge of the product and his professionalism. He didn't have exactly the door style in the color that I wanted so he went above and beyond to contact another rep and brought me a sample door at 9pm!!! We signed the contract that night! ( that never happens in my house). Robert was the gentleman that came out to measure everything and he was nice,on time and professional as well. The girls at the customer service were nice and efficient also. It seemed as if they had a smile on their faces when they called. We planned on going with wood doors but ended up choosing the Thermofoil instead. You would never know the difference even touching them! We are super happy! We were told the timeline in which to expect a call telling us when someone was going to come out and measure and then later another call to let us know that our cabinets were going to be ready for an install date. They called a couple of days earlier than expected and started exactly as stated. We were told the reface would take 6 work days and it only took 4!!! THAT NEVER HAPPENS!!! We were so surprised at the level of workmanship and professionalism of the two people that came to install. The team was Sharon and Leon Bickett. They were awesome!!!!! They showed up on time everyday and cleaned up like nothing happened every afternoon! They started early each day and were done in the afternoon, which allowed us use of our kitchen each night! ( I expected all the appliances to be completely removed and they weren't except for during the day ) Sharon and Leon were also sooooo nice and easy to work with. They were very respectful of our home, it didn't feel obtrusive to have them there. My husband works from home and it was manageable with all the work going on. Sharon talked me off the ledge when I was having a mini dilemma over hardware issues that I couldn't make up my mind on. She was patient and helped make my decision. So patient:). Overall we couldn't be happier with the kitchen! I highly recommend Mr Cabinet Care! I'm going to try to post a before and after picture but I'm not too tech savvy:/
