The other guys did a fantastic job fixing my broken dishwasher. They were quick to reply (45 mim ) to my issue and setup a time to inspect. Very straightforward in terms of the value of fixing my washer versus replacing it. For the trip fee, they got the washer working again and recommended replacing it versus fixing the cause of the issue, which was going to be about as much as a new washer. Will absolutely use them again.

Fast and efficient service!!

My clothes dryer was not heating properly. The serviceman was very honest and told me that the exterior vent simply needed to be adjusted. He quickly fixed the vent and charged me only the trip fee. I appreciate his honesty, politeness, and efficiency. I will definitely use this company again and recommend it to my friends.

My refrigerator was making loud noises and water was not coming out of my freezer door. The noise was apparently coming from my ice machine, and when I emptied it, the noise got much quieter, and by the time the repairman got here, the noise had stopped. He told me that the water line was frozen and that was what kept the water from coming out like it was supposed to. He said he could unfreeze it, but said it wouldn't last if he did. I liked that he was honest, fast, professional, and arrived when he said he would.

Excellent work! Just moved into a new home where the water was not working on the fridge. They came over and had the issue resolves quickly and not only fixed the problem, but serviced the ice maker and made sure everything was working properly. Will be hiring again!

The gentleman who came out was courteous and honest. He could not fix my refrigerator for less than/or close to the price of a new one and told us that. He came when it was convenient to my husband, who had a 2 hour window from work where he could meet him. He didn't try to patch what he knew would not be a good fix, and I appreciate that.
