The Paint Company did a great job on the exterior paint job on our home. They worked with us on color coordination and were very patient. They worked within the timeline provided. Painting the exterior of a house is messy and it was definitely a process but the finished product is exactly what we envisioned. We do had them paint our kitchen island, a bathroom vanity and all interior doors and trim. This project came out perfectly and exceeded expectations. Again it was a mess for a few days but the result is fantastic. Wayne was great as was Joel the project manager. I would definitely hire them again for painting.

I was told that the job would take 3-4 days. On day 6 I was pointing out all the painting mentioned in the work order that had still not been done when the site supervisor said he was ready for the walk-thru. He and his worker had a heated argument right outside my bedroom window. On that last day the worker was so miffed he did not put down tarps to finish up all the painting he had missed and spattered paint all over my Trex decking. During the work, the supervisor had offered to do some wood replacement for half what the office would charge if **I just did not tell them**. The supervisors truck leaked oil in 5 different spots on my driveway. When the satisfaction supervisor came out and saw all the problems including the supervisor trying to sell that under-the-table woodwork he fired the last 2 workers and sent 2 new guys to fix things. They brought their pressure washer for the oil on the driveway but were not supposed to use it on the Trex because it would dig into the finish and ruin it. They did! And they really messed up my relatively new deck! On a $6500 project they left me with damage totaling $11,500 to replace, but they bought me a couple gallons of deck paint should I choose to paint over the damage which is not recommended by Trex and deck contractors and voids the warranty. The wood that needed replacing was 36 of railing around the deck and they left all but 2 of the balusters which also needed replacing and reattached them all off plumb by 1.25 inches top-to-bottom and had to remount them all a second time. They never even stood back to look visually at what they were doing. They just made a spacer and made a mistake on the first one and repeated it over and over. And the original site supervisor kept using the phrase **Aw, give me a break!** All that being said I will admit that keeping good trained workers since the pandemic is a challenge for all contractors. This company had to replace the 2 they fired because of my job, probably with even less trained workers. And the satisfaction supervisor that wound up fixing all the problems their 2 crews had created was very courteous and apologetic and made everything except the Trex situation very acceptable. But the work, that with the wood replacement should have been done in 6 days took 4 weeks with only 1 day delay for rain. And they showed up on the first Sunday without asking me beforehand if I was okay with that . What kind of contracting company does that??? They started on a Friday and did not come on Saturday and then just showed up with a crew of 5 on a Sunday! I am glad I got the work done and I knew going in that it would be frustrating going in, but if I knew it was going to be this big of a nightmare I probably would have gone with one of the 2 painting companies that advertise on TV and in the mail. But who could really say if they would have any better. Life is just a cr*p shoot! If this was a grade for school I would give them a C. I am disappointed!

Excellent customer service. Painters were on time, did a very clean and professional job.

When I finally got through to someone and spoke to the office they had empathy and I appreciated it but the worksmanhip was an issue as well as painters not either showing up and on the first day and rescheduled for the next day and then came at 5:30 PM to start the job. After the first week, they replaced the first painter. What should have been a 3-day job was completed in two weeks. Quality Workmanship is by far what this company lacks. The preparation was below standards therefore I would not recommend them. I have a work in progress if this survey has any doubts.

The Painting Company was great beginning with the estimate to clean up. I received emails through the entire process to keep me up to date and what to expect. They arrived on the set dates and time each day. They were kind and polite and wore masks while they worked. The work done was amazing. They cleaned up every day as I was living in house. The office staff was always helpful, knowledgeable and polite. I would highly recommend them .
Response from Company:
