We are pleased with the job. Our home and large detached carport with an enclosed shop are 40 years old. They needed a lot of prep - lap boards and fascia replaced, chipping, sanding. They also upgraded trim work on a rear entrance that is functionally the primary entrance. The crew was friendly, accommodating, hard working. They bent over backward to please us. Good people. Good work. Excellent value.

I represent my town home owners association. We needed some exterior facia boards repainted because of poor wood and a bad paint job from another company years ago. The Painting Specialists gave us a great price and did a professional job. We will be retaining their services for future projects.

This company is awesome!! They came out and identified and performed all of the prep work prior to painting; as weather permitted even in extremely cold conditions. The workers were efficient and their work (replaced siding and rotted wood) in several locations throughout the house was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

House and deck pressure wash, with staining of deck.

Hired them to do a gutter clean and pressure wash. Work was great, their follow up needs to improve. All in all very satisfied-would use them again.

They responded to the email quick, and came to my house to paint quick but then when I needed touch ups they return my call but never come out to fix the problem and he just doesn't send another crew to fix the problem

All contractual and additional requested tasks were performed in an efficient and professional manner. Very pleased with finished work and price paid.

My experience was very smooth and no hassle. I called the painting specialists to inqure about a quote. I had to leave a message, but my call was returned promptly the following day. I was given a time that someone would be able to look at my home and give me a quote to paint the exterior. The best part was that I did not have to be there. They looked at my home and left the quote for me to review. I came home and sat down , looked over the quote. I was speechless.... Not only did they quote for the exterior painting, but all of the additional wood repair I needed. I was so relieved that I had the opportunity to have all of this done.

Once they got started, it went very fast, no problems.

Contractor responded quickly with estimate. Crew was very polite, hard working and showed up on time each day. They did a good job and moved all furniture and put things back when they were done. They are also doing work on the exterior of the house when the weather improves. I have recommended them to friends, already.

The main work I hired Mr. Kell to do was not completed. His sub-contractors waited until all other minor work was completed before letting me know they would not be able to fix the initial major problem area and that was not good work ethics. With that, I was obligated to pay for the minor work completed ($1,100.00)---which was done very well--and the major work still is not fixed. I was dissapointed in this . The sub-contractor said Mr. Kell would call me with recommended type workers who could fix the problem before his work could be completed ($200.00 balance). I never heard from Mr. Kell.

Excellent job. I would have liked more information up front, such as clean up after job did not include old gutter removal, and that it would be an additional fee for painting of new gutters. The workers were hard working, and completed job ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again.

Competitive up-front pricing vs. the other 3 contractors. They repaired the water leak and replaced and/or repaired the walls to make them look new again. Excellent paint job. During the course of work, they found another leak. I'm not sure if they created this leak while fixing the initial problem, or if they were good samaritans who knew that the second leak would pose another problem for me. There was no add'l charge to repair the 2nd leak, but they did not elect to do a final clean-up on the floors and counters (dry wall dust) until I asked. The response was "the cost got kind of tight" when they had to repair the 2nd issue.
