The Pampered House

I loved working with, very professional and made a great first impression. The ladies who actually came to clean did a great job with the time alloted. They didn't do all that I expected, however, it was a very big job, and I felt that they accomplished a great deal in the time that they were there. I will definitely be a returning customer, and will contact regarding a bi-weekly schedule.

Timely with response to request. Perfect cleaning.

The lady that cleaned our home was fair. She missed somethings, like cleaning the sealing fan in the office. All in all our house did seem to be cleaner than when she came. I should have scheduled it when I was going to be home. The lady was very nice and I am sure if I have been there I could have pointed some things out that she missed.

Dawn was so sweet. She was thorough and asked all the right questions to do a good job according to our preferences. Only very little details could have been done better but that was probably due to the vacuum bag filling up and I didn't tell her where the others were.... Other than that, she even went above and beyond to help with my dogs. Since I had to leave before she was done, I had her put the dogs in their crates and set the alarm. When I came home, there was nothing to worry about because Dawn took care of it all! Thanks for a job well done.

This company did contact me and I will be hiring this company in about 3-4 weeks. I was happy with their communication and professionalism. I will update this rating when job is completed. Thanks.

The first cleaning was not what I thought it would be. For four hours of work, I had a long list of simple things that had been missed. However, they were super friendly and sent someone out the following day to take care of the missed items. I'll still use them!

There are a few areas that were missed, but overall I was very happy with the work. I look forward to a regular schedule and will work with the staff on the areas missed.

I was not happy with the service the two ladies sent acted as if they did not want to work, they complained that the project was too much for them. I agreed to pay more and still feel that the job was rushed. If you want repeat service you will need to change your attitude!

Ann did a FABULOUS job cleaning our home. Thoroughly impressed! I did feel like the communication could have been a little better. I was totally flexible with whichever day they could arrive, so I had absolutely no problems changing when requested. What concerned me most was that I felt like they were a little "scattered" when we spoke on the phone. After the 3rd-4th call, I would have figured they would have remembered me (or at least recalled what I needed). As for an overall rating, I'm in the process of convincing my husband that we need to set up recurring service with them! Great job!

I was extremely pleased with the service provided. Trish was very cordial on the phone. She gave me an estimate based on how I described my house. Steve came to my home to go over the details of the cleaning, asking for anything specific that was important to me. I felt he was honest and genuine. This is one reason I picked Pampered House over the other company. When I asked them for a rough estimate, I was told, "I'm not allowed to do that" Trish and Carly did an excellent good job of the deep clean. I am looking forward to the service of Pampered House on a bi-weekly basis. I would refer them to anyone who needed their service.

Have not yet used them, should be at my home next week.
