    There are very few contractors today that understand the meaning of customer service and customer satisfaction. The owner of this company understands these words and delivers on both. We had a few issues from an appearance standpoint and when we brought them to her attention, she never hesitated or questioned our concerns, she came to our house to personally viewthe concerns and followed through to take care of the issues. She even came after her crew finished to make sure she was satisfied. I haven't found a contractor in the last ten years that understood customer service until now. I would highly recommend Patch Boys-Ann Arbor. We all know with projects there will be issues you deal with. How those issues are handled by your contractor is what makes a job successful or not. Hands down Michelle the owner will make your project successful.

    Brian initially provided excellent customer service. He patched the cracked wood on my front door and made the whole door look brand new. However, the main project I hired him for was to repair the ceiling from which a light fixture had started hanging, exposing a large, widening hole. This, he did nicely in April. However, by July the light fixture started hanging out the opening again and the hole grew larger again. I reached out to Brian for warrantied repairs, but never heard back from him; so, indubitably, I had to hire another company to come and replaster it asap to prevent the fixture from falling and hurting someone.

    Hi Toni, we are truly sorry for the lack of customer service you received. Please understand this is not an acceptable situation and we have gone through a change in personnel in order to prevent it from reoccurring. We intend to always stand by our work and would have certainly warrantied this issue if we had known. Again, we are sorry for the issue you faced.     The Sales Manager Brian was prompt as well as fair for the job I had done. He responded immediately from my initial call for an estimate. The contractor, who also was named Brian did an excellent job. He was very friendly and went about his work immediately. I love the work he did and my room looks great. I d recommend this company to anyone who needs drywall work done. I m very grateful that under the Covid-19 circumstances, that they did the work in less then a two week period of time from start to finish. Thank you!
