Jim did an excellent job patching our plaster ceiling. He was very timely and professional, cleaned up well when he was done, and made our ceiling look perfect.

Friendly person answered my call, provided quick estimate and answered all questions. Tech was fabulous and performed excellent working taking time to smooth out areas not related to the job to make the whole area look even better. We ended up needing to have the area painted and they were quick to update me and finish the job. Very easy to make payment which I appreciated as I was out of town. Overall the experience was excellent-will use again if needed and would recommend.

Sent me a quote for a job. Ended up not completing the job quoted, but still charged me the full price. Then tried to say the job was based on hours spent, and not the work completed, even though itâ s not stated anywhere in their quote. As a business owner myself, not a great way to treat customers. Will never use this company again.

Sarah, one of the owners, was also very helpful and was able to give us a quote in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and thorough. I have used Patch Boys for multiple jobs now and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

Braxton repaired a major hole in our 100 year old textured plaster ceiling. He replaced the damaged area with drywall and textured the patch to match the rest of the ceiling. Even without painting the difference is almost undetectable.

Eric did an excellent job repairing drywall that was damaged on our staircase landing. He was quick, efficient and thorough! Very happy with the job and definitely recommend Eric and The Patch Boys!

Braxton was extremely nice and talented. He fixed a large hole in our drywall that was above the cabinets. He also re-textured the ceiling to match the existing texture. After the repair was completed, he cleaned up the dust and mopped the floor.

Initially we were so excited to find this company with good ratings, but our experience will haunt us forever. They may be good for small jobs, but they were not able to handle bigger jobs. We hired them to remove our popcorn ceiling. We knew that there was going to be dust and dirty, but they assured us that they would protect our tile floors and woodwork. They did not cover any of it. They were leaving our house and told us that â We just got done cleaning. We walked the house immediately afterwards. There was plaster on every surface of the house. Huge chunks were on our stainless-steel appliances, on top of the refrigerator, ceiling fans, sinks, shower, tubs. You name it and it was covered. They even left their used sandpaper in our bathtubs. We were so shocked that this was supposed to be a professional company. I immediately contacted the owner and she told me â We cleaned it and it's settling. After showing her the pictures, she still thinks it was settling and agreed to have someone come clean. The next morning, I met one worker there and he informed me that the cleaning crew was the owner and the teenager. I asked him why the house was destroyed, he told me that they only had 2-people for a 4-person job and that they just forgot to cover our floors and wood. He was there alone with a new shopvac and some wet wipes. He even asked me for tools to put the vacuum together. This is after they used all our cleaning supplies and destroyed my mother-in-law's vacuum (reimbursed for the vacuum). I knew it was not going to be done so I contacted the owner, I told her that I would have a third party cleaner to give an estimate if she is short on employees. She assured me that it will be done. Walking the house for the second time, there was still plaster on the walls, the floors, mirrors, woodwork, and other areas. I contacted her and asked her to make it right and she told me that she was done with the project. I told her that the amount of plaster and dust she left behind, our painters won't be able to paint. She offered a $300 credit but I would have rather that she did the job correctly. I offered to give her the information of the professional cleaners, but she refused since she did an â exceptional cleaning. We were quoted $1500 to clean because of the mess left behind. We told her that she can deal straight with the cleaners and would even split the cost with her. I asked to at least come out and walk the house with me so I can show her. She refused to because she was not available. She kept telling me that it can be cleaned up with water. After pleading with her to come back to at least get the plaster off the walls, because we had the painters coming the next day. She finally agreed and came with her daughter. They had a Swifter and a snowbrush. Yes, a snowbrush. We walked the house and got the plaster off the walls, but plaster was still everywhere else. The painters were in shock when they walked our house, they could not believe a professional company would leave a job in this condition. I was embarrassed to admit that I hired someone to do this job. On their website â Sit back and relax,â this was far from relaxing. This was an experience that I do not wish on my worst enemy. I just paid her $7000 to end this nightmare. The pictures still speak for themselves.

The drywall repair was great but they did some tile work and it’s cracking and just looks horrible. The estimator she was very nice and her husband did great drywall work. They told me they weren’t great at tile I should have just hired a tile pro for that part of the project.
