"Firstly, we apologize for any inconvenience. You are right. The contract was perhaps not very clear. It stated that we will clean the area after our work (which we did), however it did not state that we will be hauling off the debris from demolition of the plaster. I thought it was implicit from that, but if it wasn't clear enough, I'm sorry for the confusion. However, your satisfaction as our customer is extremely important to us, so we did end up hiring another company to haul off all the debris (although we were not obligated to, going by the contract). Since the job was done the way you wanted it and you did not have to pay anything extra, I was hoping you would be more satisfied with our service. Thank you for your business with us. Best wishes. - Jee (Owner)"
