The Patch Boys of North Charlotte

This was our second time using them. Work was very good. There were two extra cracks that had to be repaired and it doubled the price. It was quite a shock when I received the final invoice. I knew it would be more, but did not realize it would be double the original quote. There was a week that passed between initial repairs and sanding, which we were okay with. Would have appreciated a little more heads up that the quote would be double! Overall, they are good to work with, and we would use them again.

Very quick and professional communication. They provided a free quote the same day I sent the information, and once I was ready to move forward they were able to schedule the repair soon after. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job! We would recommend their services.

Frank came and fixed our cracked ceiling upstairs. He did a fantastic job. Several spots looked really bad and it looks brand new again! He was on time and he took the time to explain exactly what had caused the problem. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

You know how it goes. You call a company to do a job and they never show up. Not with the patchboys of North Charlotte. Brian had me explain the problems with my drywall, send him pictures and he sent me a quote. My drywall was cracked on three different walls, all the walls were different colors. Brian, Jonathon & Will showed up exactly on time. Brian explained exactly what they were going to do. While Will started the work Brian & Johnathon went and picked up 3 different colors of paint that had to be matched up to samples they had cut from the damaged walls. They finished the work the same day, cleaned up and thanked us for choosing them to help us out. If you have drywall damage - do yourself a favor and call Brian of Patchboys of North Charlotte. You will get treated with respect, given a fair qoute and get absolutely incredible work done. You won't be sorry. And no - I didn't get paid for this advertisement.
