We requested an intitial cleaning service of 2 people. Both were professional and worked well for the entire time. The work was more than satisfactory. I am looking forward to continued use of this service.

They performed a "move out" clean and did a fantastic job. I also had them come back to the property to do some touch up work after some construction was completed that created a fair amount of dust. They came through and made the home look fabulous once again!

Lionel hasn't cleaned for me yet, I am impressed with his services and his business. He is very thorough and concientous.

First time general cleaning was great. Need to establish a relationship to get to know likes and dislikes for the future. First Thursday in January would be a date I would like to consider as part of the biweekly plan. Please let me know if this works for your schedule.

They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing and they handle everything in a professional manner. They were both very polite and easy to speak with.

We have just finished building a new home and Lionel Peoples' team came in and did post construction clean up. We have had vendors in and out creating dust from just general construction and dust created by installation of both granite and laminate countertops, dust from finish millwork, etc. They came in and cleaned my new home and did a fabulous job. The windows sparkled. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I was so pleased I plan to use them again in the future.

They not only did a move out clean that was superb, they set up to have my lawn mowed and disposed of some waste from the move. All done in an extremely timely manner and with attention to detail. Lionel folled thru and took care of anything I needed done... What can I say but thank you and AWESOME JOB! Anyone who needs anything from cleaning to moving to lawncare...These are the people to do it!

I have had Lionel and his crew come out to do my carpets multiple times simply because of their dedication to getting the job done right. Believe me when I say I have thrown a few doozies at them and they always finish the job way beyond my expectations. She had a very good work ethic. I could discuss what I wanted done and she didn't have to stop working to discuss it. She worked solid for the whole three hours she was asked to work and did a good job. Before packing up she discussed whether I would like any changes made either to her duties performed or for duties added. I look forward to her return.
