When I talk to the office of Pest Control Authority, she was very friendly. She listen to my problem and made sure I would be taken care of. When I met the person that came out was as friendly as his employer were.He ask again what problem I was having and when straight to work. Yes I will tell my family and friends about Pest Control Authority.

They came out for a rodent problem, assessed the situation and told me that what I was doing was already what he would recommend also gave me some other tips that would help. Didn’t charge me at all for the visit and said that if the problem didn’t go away to call him back out. Absolutely top notch customer service. Highly recommend and will go with them if I have a need in the future.

Josh arrived a little early. Before arrival he had explained exactly what he would do and what was included and not included in the initial price. He did exactly what he said he would do in a professional and competent manner, thoroughly explaining and answering questions. And best of all, he didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. It cost us less than we thought it was going to.

He closed up the gap between the gutters & the roof left by the builders. He put a one way door so that the grey squirrels could get out, if hiding. Later, he'll remove the door.(within the week). 3 yr guarantee.

To eliminate bats is a 2-step process. First the guys got here a day early to screen in the gable vents and to install a one-way gate so the colony can't return. They returned a week later to ensure the bats were gone, remove the gate & seal it and then clean up any areas the bats had sullied. Overall, a very efficient operation. It cost a lot more than I thought it would but not having to be up a 40' ladder or in a 140�� attic cleaning guano made it worthwhile. The peace of mind knowing the problem has been properly taken care of is priceless.

This company did a very good job for me. there was a minor beginning scheduling problem but after that, they did the job with efficiency. I was satisfied with the price as competitors were close in price but their performance of the mitigation did not seem nearly as thorough during the initial contact. I will use General Pest Co. again if I have a raccoon problem after their three year warrant expires. Thank You

James responded immediately via email to my request (even though I made it close to 9:00 on a Friday night). He arrived on time the next morning and got to work.
