Christian was a lot of help setting up the appointment, and called to let me know when Nicholas would be there. Nicholas not only got the yellowjackets in the ground, but he treated several nests under the eaves too. Very pleasant, well-informed, and willing to answer my questions. Great job!

Christian and Nicholas are not only great at what they do, they are really hard workers with great customer service. They have come to my place at odd hours just to make sure they could fit me into their schedule. After two treatments they still have not been able to eradicate two wasp nests. I was charged half price for the follow-up treatment. Follow-up review: I was contacted by the company and they offered to perform another treatment at no charge. The nests were in difficult areas and were not exposed. The 3rd treatment appears to have eradicated the wasps. They are a great company to work with and Christian and Nicholas were always helpful and professional. They turned an okay experience into a great one. Would highly recommend.

"Hi Rick, we are so sorry for not setting correct expectations for service. When wasps are inside of a the wall void and we are unable to physically remove or treat directly it can take up to four services to get the population down to zero. I set two free follow up appointments for 2 and 5 days from now, cleared your last invoice and added a 10% discount to any services you need from us in the future. I am also going through all our services and setting correct expectations for all of them to make sure technicians are communicating them to customers correctly. I was contacted on Sunday right after my inquiry and job was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I was kept informed as to time and what to expect in the way of cost. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. The hornet's nest was removed and it only took about 15 minutes.

The service was very good. Very prompt, and so far after a week, I see no ants. The only thing I didn't like is the promise to me that after a short time, the dust that was used was not in the air in my bedroom. I was sick and had a hard time breathing for the first 3 days, and still am affected by it a week later. The technician also told me that the dust is in the walls, but I had residue on my floor, carpet, clothes, and bedding that I cleaned up, and I am still dealing with it.
