Whenever summer comes along and stinging insects show up, the Pest Detective is the man to call. Canâ t say enough about how great this company is to deal with. Really nice to deal with a nice company that knows what theyâ re doing.

Pest Detective was responsive and did a great job.

Was very friendly. Told me what his plans were & understood that I have pets in My home & poison could not be out in the open. Showed me his traps (I wasn t keen on the glue traps) said he would be back to check said traps. If no mice caught we would go to plan B. Would use him again & would highly recommend as welll!

We did not understand that it would take time for the mice to be eradicated. It seemed that we had more mice after he left. We called him back and he came immediately. He explained that it would take time. Since his last visit, it seems to be better. Time will tell.

The Pest Detective came to my home and inspected my cellar with a flashlight - top to bottom - every nook and cranny. He explained what I should look out for and what he had observed. Based on his recommendation, I will wait to have him come back in the Spring (unless I see any ants in the meantime). The Pest Detective was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. NO CHARGE for his inspection, time and advise. Thanks Home Advisor and The Pest Detective for helping me with my home needs.

It turned out there wasn't anything Scott could do for my bug issue, but he made a very affordable DIY recommendation, inspected my basement, and provided some good pest prevention tips (for FREE). So friendly and honest! Will definitely call again for any other issues and recommend to others.
