Very friendly & personable. Explained well what was needed and why. I would highly recommend this company. The day earlier I had called the local Orkin number (since Orkin is a national brand). A person was to arrive that day between 4 and 6 pm. No one arrived. I called again and was told that my call was to be expedited the following business day. I gave up on Orkin and went with the Pest Responders. Glad I did!

Imagine 13 girls coming to your home in a few weeks to get ready for your oldest daughters wedding (A wedding planned, cancelled during Covid and replanned which is stressful in itself) and waking up on a Saturday evening to something crawling on you. Yes I know your now itching, scratching and freaked out. Imagine me.....the Mother of the Bride!!! Jeremy not only responded to me immediately on a Sunday morning but was so informative and actually also acted as a therapist, calming me as I envisioned having to totally change my daughters wedding morning at her lifelong home. Will I have enough time to clear the house of any and all bed bugs, how did they get in, you know I felt gross. Poor Jeremy heard from me immediately as I was panicking when he walked thru the door. Do yourself a favor, definitely use Pest Responders and also recommend them to your friends. I know this sounds dramatic but if your a mother I’m sure you can envision my panic being so close to the big day we have planned for and replanned for due to Covid and my need for the best which is who Pest Responders and Jeremy are.
