Use this plumber only if you want to overpay for being held hostage. We had to make 3 appointments 2 they just never showed up for we lost 2 days of work waiting the third was an awful experience we were charged almost 500 dollars for a job that the average cost is 300. The plumber took more time setting up pictures and picking up parts then working. Then the invoice which contained the pictures and no break down just service call and charge. Awful experience

The customer service and plumber were good but I thought that the visit was free and would result in a quote. However I found out the first visit was $59. That wasn't bad and I knew the problem needed to be fixed asap. Indeed the problem was simply fixing or replacing the sprayer on the kitchen sink. But I was quoted over $400! Given the short period between me approving and the job being completed leads me to believe the part was on their truck. Since my renter needed this fixed and I was hundreds of miles away I said go ahead. The plumber was in the lobby of this condo building when he and I talked which followed him emailing me 2 quotes. I was concerned when he asked for my credit card info instead of using a secure on-line service like Pay Pal. The best solution to the problem was probably replacing the faucet but the quote of over $700 was way too much so I went with fixing the problem of the moment
