I believe the charge was too high for he product that was installed. I was able to check cost of the type of sump pump installed and found its price very low compared to total charge for the work. But, the plumber was very professional other than charge was very high for the type/vaalue of equipment installed

They were very fast and efficient. They explained everything thoroughly and warranty their work. The employee that came over was super nice and did a great job. The only knock I have is that I thought the service fee to come out would have gone towards the cost of the repair. Once again this was my own fault for making that assumption, but most companies who perform service do it that way.
